These Terms govern your use of myastrogurujii.com and all services offered under the brand My Astro Guru Jii, run by My Astro Gurujii, owned and operated by Tusharkumar Patel, 515 Golden Square, Kalyan Farm, Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382350, India ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website, booking a consultation, receiving a report or using Soma AI, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We offer live astrology consultations by phone, WhatsApp, chat or video (Vedic Kundli reading, Kundli matching, career and business, love and marriage, numerology and name, Vastu, gemstone and rudraksha guidance, muhurat and puja guidance); written summaries and reports; Soma AI, an AI astrology assistant; and free tools such as Kundli, matching, Panchang, Muhurat and daily horoscope. Service descriptions and prices are shown on the Services page and confirmed with you before you pay.
2. Nature of astrology
Astrology is a traditional system of interpretation, not a science that can guarantee outcomes. Readings, predictions, remedies and AI answers are for guidance and self-reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. Please read our Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to book or pay. A parent or legal guardian may submit a child's birth details (for example, for a newborn's name numerology) and is responsible for doing so.
4. Your information
Please give accurate birth date, birth time, birth place and contact details. Readings depend on these details, and we are not responsible for results based on incorrect or incomplete information you provide.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees. The price confirmed with you before payment is the price you pay; there are no hidden charges. Payment is taken in advance through secure payment partners (such as Razorpay or UPI). We never see or store your full card or bank details. A booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds.
6. Bookings and astrologers
Astrologers on our panel are independent practitioners whom we interview and test before they join. If your astrologer becomes unavailable, we will offer another astrologer of similar expertise or a new time; if neither suits you, you get a full refund.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Soma AI
Soma AI generates answers automatically from your chart data. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong and are not reviewed by a human astrologer before you see them. Soma AI is currently free. If paid question packs are introduced, purchased credits will be for personal use, non-transferable, and valid for 12 months from purchase.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: abuse or harass astrologers or staff; record sessions without the astrologer's consent; use session content to harm anyone; submit another person's details without their permission; attempt to hack, overload or copy the website; or scrape it with automated tools. We may suspend access for any of these, refunding unused paid services where fair.
10. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, tools, reports and the My Astro Guru Jii name belong to My Astro Gurujii. Reports and summaries delivered to you are for your personal use and may not be resold or published.
11. Limitation of liability
Decisions you make after a consultation, report or AI answer are your own. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as network, payment-gateway or power failures. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Third-party services
Payments, calls, messaging, email and chart calculations use third-party services (such as Razorpay, WhatsApp, Google Meet and AskSoma.ai), each with its own terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect bookings you have already paid for.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first raise any complaint through our Grievance Redressal process on the Contact page. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
